药用植物代谢组学的研究进展(2)

  近年来,代谢组学正日益成爲研讨的热点,越来越多的人已参加到代谢组学的研讨中。随着代谢组学积聚的数据和信息量的增大,其在药用动物学各个范畴的使用价值也日积月累。它将不只能对单个代谢物停止全方面的剖析,更能寻觅其代谢进程中的关键基因、经过代谢指纹剖析对药用动物停止疾速分类、进一步研讨药用动物无效成分代谢途径以及环境因子对动物代谢和质量的影响与调控机制。

  但是根据传统西医药学和零碎生物学的指点思想,目前急待处理的是中药种质资源的代谢组学研讨和中药体内作用的代谢组学研讨。同时,代谢组学在剖析平台技术、办法学手腕和使用战略等方面绝对于其他组学技术还需求进一步开展和完善,还需求其他学科的配合和介入。置信随着更无力的成分剖析设备的运用及代谢组数据库的树立,药用动物代谢组学将对西医药学发生深远的影响。
