   [论文摘要] 目的：探讨改性几丁质喷雾剂治疗外耳湿疹的效果。方法：150例外耳湿疹患者中，75例用改性几丁质喷雾剂喷涂治疗为实验组，75例用派瑞松治疗为对照组，每天早中晚各1次，1周为1个疗程。观察两组的治疗效果。结果：实验组1周内治愈68例（90.15％），显效2例（2.52％),好转5例（6.67％）。对照组患者1周内治愈61例（81.33％），显效1例（1.33％)，好转6例（8.00％）。两组均无不良反应，0.5个月均治愈。结论：改性几丁质喷雾剂治疗外耳湿疹的效果良好，值得推广使用。
　　
　　
　　Observation of chitin modified spray treatment of eczema of the auricle
　  [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the modification of chitin spray treatment of eczema of the auricle.Methods: 150 patients with eczema of the auricle with 75 cases of modified chitin aerosol spray for the treatment of the experimental group, with 75 cases of Pevisone treatment for the control group, three times one day, 1 week for a course of treatment. Observation of the two groups of treatment.Results: 1 week to cure 68 cases (90.15%), the effect of 2 cases (2.52 percent), improved in 5 cases (6.67 percent). Control group of patients within 1 week to cure 61 cases (81.33%), effective 1 (1.33%), improvement in 6 cases(8.00 percent). There were no adverse reactions and 0.5 months to cure.Conclusion:Modification of chitin is good to eczema of the auricle, and worthy of spreading.

　　外耳湿疹的治疗方法较多，我科于2005年7月～2008年7月尝试用改性几丁质喷雾剂（又名令皮欣，主要成分为改性几丁质和聚维酮碘）喷涂外耳湿疹疗效较好，报道如下：
　　
　　1资料与方法
　　
　　1.1研究对象
　　2005年7月～2008年7月就诊于我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊的150例外耳湿疹患者，其中急性外耳湿疹患者136例，慢性14例；105例为双耳，45例为单耳；男40例，女110例；年龄1～70岁，平均35.5岁。病程3 d～5个月。所有患者均同意接受治疗并观察，均1个月不服用抗生素，1周不涂抗生素和抗真菌药。患者典型症状：耳廓、耳廓后沟、外耳道及周围皮肤有不同程度的糜烂、浸润、痂皮及黄色渗出物等，且均有典型皮损。随机分成2组，信捷职称论文写作发表网，实验组为改性几丁质喷雾剂治疗75例，对照组为派瑞松（西安杨森制药）治疗75例。
